Once you have completed a beginners courses you can join our regular Nordic Walking activities.

On our group walks you will be guided on a risk assessed route that has been chosen for its interest, distance, location, parking and, if possible, its facilities.

I also hold the Lowland Walk Leader qualification. We both have up to date outdoor first aid qualifications. We are fully insured to lead and take you out.

We will give on-going coaching on technique should you wish - just ask!
